Jean Sica, a certified Tai Chi and Qigong teacher, came to this practice after years of exploration into mindfulness and holistic health practices. Jean, a long-time fitness advocate, found herself facing certain health challenges that traditional western medicine could not address. She came to find Tai Chi movements to be a form of moving meditation and moving medication. Certain physical challenges began to become less challenging. Upon realizing that she had only begun to tap into the benefits of this ancient way of staying healthy, Jean took the steps to become certified .... to expand her understanding and share the practice with others.
