We have been serving the Rochester NY area since 1994
What is your primary product or service?
Our flagship service is Carpet Cleaning; however, we also specialize in Upholstery Cleaning, Mattress Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration and Mold Remediation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first began cleaning carpets for a major company to help pay my way through school. I have a strong background in health and wellness, and after seeing how a thorough cleaning can dramatically improve the health of my client's indoor living environment, I felt this is something everyone should do to safeguard their family.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We view carpet cleaning as part of a holistic health program, not just for appearance. We are conscious of the products we use for the safety of our clients as well as our technicians.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we have 2 locations and plan to expand further into other cities.
