How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Owner - I have been in this industry since 1988. I started doing this when I was 19 year old. I do this because I want to help people. Most people don't know there are companies out there that do this kind of work until they experience it themselves. Fire & water damage can be devastating. Our customers need someone to patiently guide them through the entire process, from start to finish. That is what we are here to do. Restoring Lives, One Customer at a Time.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a smaller family based company, not one of the larger franchises. Our main focus is our customer. We are here to help them get through their situation with as little stress as possible. We're not in this just to collect a check & move on to the next customer. Each customer's situation is different and we move with each customer step by step, at their pace, from start to finish. There are a lot of emotions involved in this kind of service, not just procedures. We are here to guide them through the entire process & help them communicate with their insurance company so they know exactly what to expect. The customer is our number one priority.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have our main office & warehouse/storage facility in Pavilion NY, plus we have another storage facility in East Concord NY and another one in Canandaigua NY. We do not intend to expand beyond our current area at this point. We want to remain local so we can continue to give our customer our best service.

From Rochester NY, take the I-490 west to exit #47 (LeRoy). After exiting, take a right onto Rt 19 South. Continue on Rt 19 South approx 11 miles. We will be on your left, approx 1 mile south of Rt 20. From Buffalo NY, take the I-90 east to exit #48 (Batavia). Once through the tolls, turn left on to Rt 98 South. Go to the 2nd traffic light, Rt 5/33/63, and turn left. Follow Rt 63 South until you reach Rt 19. Turn left on Rt 19 & we are approx 3/4 mile down on the right.
