How long have you been in business?
Officially, Heinlein Design has been in business since November of 2007.
What is your primary product or service?
Heinlein Design offers quality Graphic Design Services at a low price. Designs range from business cards, invitations, posters, direct mail, flyers, brochures, newsletters, etc. Heinlein Design's primary service is Photo Repair, Restoration, and Photo Manipulation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always had the passion for the arts. Since I can remember, the pencil and pad were my best friends. I majored in Art during High School but never pursued it after graduating. After graduation, jobs were plentiful, and I ended up working in Security for the Eastman Kodak Company. While working for Kodak, I met girl, married girl, have children, etc. But during all this time I still had the passion for art. I actually worked on employee newsletters, etc. while at Kodak. Of course after 16 years with Kodak, I became a statistic in the downsizing movement, and that is when I decided to go to college and get my degree in Graphic Design. I enrolled in a local college and completed my courses within 16 months because of my life experience. At the age of 40 I received my degree graduating with a 4.0 GPA, and landed a job soon after working as an In House Designer for a major transportation company. I have been with the same company ever since, and my passion for Graphic Design is stronger than ever! It is during that time, is when I started Heinlein Design.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Heinlein Design has over 12 years of experience and a relatively unique style, our mission is to find solutions for you and your individual design needs. Heinlein Design focuses on the individual consumer who is looking for that right solution for a business card design, invitations to a party, etc.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location and no plans to expand.
