How long have you been in business?
More Than A Maid is a small business, I will personally meet every home owner. I can say that I have worked in every home we clean. I have general business experience as well as residential and commercial cleaning experience .
What is your primary product or service?
Residential and Office cleaning Services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have worked as operations manager for local computer companies for several years. I enjoy all aspects of managing a business. Many years ago I started out cleaning offices,school buildings and cars. I decided to take all of these skills and start my own business. I really enjoy cleaning,It can be hard work but not much stress!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are different because we are highly flexible and customer focused. We can help with many of your household chores and upkeep, not just the routine. Most importantly our staff really enjoys what they do!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We do not maintain a storefront. We visit homes and business in Eastern Monroe County. The potential for expanding customer base seems unlimited, customers really appreciate our service. The trick is to stay ahead of demand by developing a dedicated workforce.

We accept checks and credit cards. Monthly billing is available for commercial customers.

We take phone calls from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Service delivery options vary based on customers requirements.
