The Jam Shack in Brockport NY opened its doors on April 15 2005 and is now in its Fifth year of business. Owners Michael and Kelley Rizzo opened the Jam Shack with the idea of creating a warm, small town shopping experience with a strong emphasis on customer service. We would like to Thank our customers for their support through our move to 40 Main Street in Downtown Brockport. Our music School is thriving with over 350 past and present students using our private lesson studios throughout the years. We Guarantee the Jam Shack to be different than any other music store you ever been to, we are a full line musical instrument and gift retailer that offers unique products and services not found in traditional music stores. We cater to local musicians and bands looking for personalized service. Local Musicians and the people who love them now have access to a great selection of everything musical, from professional quality instruments at affordable prices, to music lessons, accessories and gifts not found anywhere else. We even have harder to find instruments such as ukuleles, banjos, mandolins, harmonicas and back pack acoustic guitars

Self employed for over 25 years and a drummer for over 38 years. Love music
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE. We treat people right. We care about our customers and take of their needs and we always do it with a smile.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one location. We feel spreading your self to thin takes away from your ability to do any one thing well
Provide detailed directions to your location
Just 15 minutes west of Rochester. Take Rt 104 or Rt 31 to Prt 19 and had to downtown Brockport NY. We are right on west side of main street in the middle of it all
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards and Cash :) sorry no personal checks.
Which areas do you service?
People come as far away as buffalo and syracuse but realistically Monroe Orleans and Genesee county
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
3 People. Me Myself And I...LOL Mike Rizzo the owner and my wife actually does some book keeping

Noon to 7:30 Mon-Fri Noon to 6:00 Thur-Sat
