After winning Miss USA and enjoying her own successful modeling career, Mary Therese Friel founded this agency to help and encourage her clients to pursue their dreams.
The agency opened in 1987 as a quaint modeling, pageantry and self development coaching facility for teenage girls. Mary Therese Friel’s personal guidance centered on a well rounded mix of boosting self confidence, improving presentation skills and motivating the girls to be the best that they can be.
From the beginning, Mary Therese Friel’s formula was highly successful and she quickly became known for producing poised, confident and talented young ladies. This success enabled her company to expand to include programs for women, men teens and children.

Mary Therese Friel is a former Miss USA, Ford Model, National Spokesperson, Goodwill Ambassador and Author. She has more than 4 decades of experience and is an undisputable authority in the modeling industry. Kent Friel joined the agency in 1995 as a full partner and has contributed to more than seventeen years of the agency’s success in developing talent, casting, production and management. Kent’s vision and expertise are instrumental to the company’s continually expanding services and client base.
