What is your primary product or service?
We sell hardware products to the Div 10 and Div 8 installing Trade Div 8 is is the Window & Door portion of a construction project We sell Pamex Locks & Builders Hardware as well as door hinges Div 10 is the Specialties area which includes ClosetMaid shelving and Moen bath hardware
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I began working for a rep agency in the early 1970s and started my own agency in the fall of 1972
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We believe that Upstate New York is a unique territory in that it contains a large number of small to mid sized customers who need our help to find and bid jobs
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
NO

We do not have a walk in trade
What type of payments do you accept?
We are Manufacturers Representatives so payments are made direct to the people we represent
