How long have you been in business?
We have been in business 36 years in July of this year.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a Human Resources consulting firm, that offers executive recruitment, HR consulting, testing/assessments, outplacement, resume services, management consulting, and interim staffing.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was recruited years ago for a compelling opportunity and became intrigued by the business model. I am a financial executive by education and experience, plus a disabled veteran from the Vietnam Era.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have a track record that is unparalleled - 94% of our executive searches are filled within 90 days. I do not know of any other firm that can boast that record.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location - Rochester, NY. With today's technology, I do not see the need for additional brick & mortar locations. We are looking, however, for acquisitions that make sense.
