For multi-week stays, motel rooms or suites can start to feel cramped. Plus, you're often paying for services you don't use: pool, restaurant, phone system, and more. We converted full sized apartments by fully furnishing them, and offering them at a price that's usually less than the standard motel room.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer our guests a "home away from home". Our family run business cares about our guests. Our apartments don't just have furniture. All apartments have Wi-Fi, basic cable TV, dishes and silver, cookware (pots, pans, utensils), towels, bed linens, full sized kitchen appliances: oven, disposal, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and more. Our guests are set up in a private apartment, with separate bedrooms, in a comfortable home-like setting. There are even coin-operated washers and dryers in your apartment building.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Avalon has one location in the very western part of Webster. It's just 10 minutes to downtown, 35 restaurants are within a 5 minute drive, and for your urgent needs, a Wal-Mart and Wegmans are within 7 minutes drive - open 24/7. Our apartments are constantly refreshed with new appliances, bedding, and furniture.

From route 590, head east on Empire Blvd (Route 404) about two miles to 1553 Empire Blvd. We're across from Hill Haven nursing home, and adjoin the new Abraham Lincoln park. Look on the west side of Empire, and you'll see our three apartments. The rental office is in the last building, on the lower level. We're open 9A to 5P on M-F, and 9A tp 12P pm Saturday. Stop for a tour of one of our 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartments.
What type of payments do you accept?
Avalon welcomes cash, check, or money order at a discounted rate. Otherwise, we also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For extended stay or multiple units, we can bill you, after credit is established.
Which areas do you service?
Most of our guests have contacts east of the Genesee. We're 10 minutes from downtown, and 15-20 minutes to the airport, most suburbs (Fairport, Pittsford, Brighton, Webster, Penfield, Irondequoit, and businesses such as Paychex, Xerox, or businesses in the Kodak Park area.

Our business is privately owned, and is operated by our General Manager, Debbie Alaimo.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Clean home-like spacious apartments at a great value. In the summer, the majority of our guests are repeat visitors from out of state. Some have been returning for over 10 years. We pride ourselves in caring for our guests needs.
