Full-service employee benefit firm. Group health and dental insurance. Group insurance, life, disability and vision plans.Group and individual medicare and Part-D Plans. Group 401(k) retirement plans.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have worked in the Group employee benefits field for over 27 years with four major financial service firms. ( insurance companies, trust departments, payroll company)
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide face to face customer service for all of our clients. We handle, plan set-up, carrier reviews and renewals, employee communication and enrollments, plan design, plan comparsions, IRS, New York State and Federal regulations, including healthcare Reform.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one locations, but serve clients throughout New York State
