Holy Childhood has provided education and training for more than 65 years.
What is your primary product or service?
The agency provides individualized education, vocational training, clinical services and sheltered employment for approximately 200 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Holy Childhood was started in 1946 by Sr. St. Mark McMahon,SSJ, who recognized that individuals with disabilities were capable of becoming contributing members of our community.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Holy Childhood provides lifelong learning opportunities for children starting at age five through adulthood.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our main location is at 100 Groton Parkwy in the community of Henrietta. A community classroom was started in the summer of 2012 in the Genesee Valley Regional Market in Henrietta.

Which areas do you service?
Our students in the Children's Program come from 39 area school districts in Monroe and surrounding counties. Adult program participants are from all over the Rochester area.

We are a 501(c)3 private organization run by our own administration.
What are your hours of operation?
Our offices are open from 8:00A.M. to 4:30P.M., Monday through Friday.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That we have made a difference in their child's or family's lives.
